There is hardly a restaurant in Basel that can look back on such an illustrious history as the Fischerstube. After all, we have been looking after the physical well-being of our guests since 1974. But despite our long-standing tradition, we are always keen to keep our finger on the pulse of the times. So it’s no wonder that the food we serve is just as fresh as the crew who serve it. And that the beers we serve include a host of new creations alongside the classics. And that the ambience is reminiscent of the past in many ways, but also of the pioneering spirit that has always characterized this place.

The Fischerstube restaurant is the home of our legendary craft beer, as the first Ueli Reverenz was tapped here over 50 years ago. You can even watch our brewers at work from the pub.
